Whether you've written a book, published an eBook, created an audiobook, designed digital products or developed AI-generated books and book covers, this is a place where your work can be seen.
Through the Ellen Tsitsi Marketplace, you'll be able to:

We believe creators should be rewarded fairly for their work, and our goal is to make publishing and selling your work as simple as possible.
Payment Policy
At Ellen Tsitsi, we believe in clear communication, professionalism and making every project a smooth experience for both of us. The following payment policy applies to all services, including graphic design, branding, corporate communications, publishing, book design, AI creative services, audiobook production, content creation and consulting.
Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.
Final Payment
The remaining 50% balance must be paid before the final files are delivered.
Where applicable, preview versions, watermarked artwork or draft files may be shared during the project for your review and feedback. Final print-ready, high-resolution or editable files will only be released once the outstanding balance has been paid in full.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made via:
- EFT
- PayPal
- Western Union
Please note that any bank charges or transaction fees are the client's responsibility.
Changes and Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included as agreed at the start of the project. Any additional changes outside the original project scope may be quoted for separately before the work continues.
Cancellations
The deposit is non-refundable as it secures your booking and covers the time already spent planning and working on your project.
If work has already started, payment will still be required for any work completed up to that point.
Late Payments
Late payments may delay your project or the delivery of your final files.
If the outstanding balance has not been paid within 7 days of project completion, I reserve the right to pause the project, withhold delivery of the final files and, where necessary, charge reasonable additional fees.
Agreement
By accepting a quotation, paying a deposit or booking any of my services, you agree to this payment policy.

I have had the opportunity to work very closely with Ellen as my main editor after struggling to find the right person for my book. Another gift that Ellen has is that she’s not only good with words or translation she also has a great eye for book design.
